When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Important – Returns

Our registered office is NOT a returns address.

Please do not send products or returns to 71–75 Shelton Street. This address is our registered office for official correspondence only and is not a warehouse or returns-processing facility.

All returns require prior authorisation by email.

Please include your order number and details of your return request.

If a return is applicable, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and authorised return address.

Do not send goods back until you have received return instructions from us.
