UK Delivery Only
Joyfunx currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Charges & Times
Evri Standard – £4.95
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Evri Express – £5.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days, including Saturdays
DHL Express – £6.95
Estimated delivery: Next business day
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery estimates apply from the date your order is dispatched.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided electronically following dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we and our delivery partners aim to meet the stated delivery estimates, circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally result in delays.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact:
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
Missing Deliveries
If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- The delivery location
- Any safe place identified by the courier
- Other members of your household
- Any delivery information supplied by the courier
