These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through joyfunx.co.uk.

Joyfunx currently sells and delivers within the United Kingdom only.
2. Age Requirement
Joyfunx sells adult-wellness and intimate products intended for adults.
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase age-restricted products from our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet any applicable minimum-age requirement for the products being purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably believe an applicable age requirement has not been satisfied.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Packaging, colour and minor details may occasionally differ from images displayed online.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your legal rights.
4. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive an electronic acknowledgement after placing an order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- an applicable age requirement has not been satisfied; or
- we cannot deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Prices & Payment
The prices displayed on our website are the prices payable by consumers unless otherwise clearly stated.
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
6. UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Our delivery options are:
Evri Standard – £4.95
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Evri Express – £5.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days, including Saturdays
DHL Express – £6.95
Estimated delivery: Next business day
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery estimates apply from the date of dispatch.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Cancelling an Eligible Order
UK consumers purchasing online normally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within the statutory cancellation period.
However, legal exceptions apply to certain products.
In particular, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may lose the change-of-mind cancellation right once their hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.
This is particularly relevant to certain intimate and personal-use products sold by Joyfunx.
If you are considering returning a hygiene-sensitive product, do not break or remove its hygiene or protective seal.
This restriction does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to your legal rights.
8. Returns – Prior Authorisation Required
All return requests must first be made by email to:
Please provide your order number, name, product and reason for requesting the return.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or video to help assess a faulty or damaged product.
If a return is applicable, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Products must not be sent to this address.
Please contact us and obtain return instructions before sending goods back.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact:
Please provide your order number, details of the problem and photographs or video where reasonably appropriate.
Do not dispose of or return the product until we have provided instructions.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by our hygiene-return restrictions.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method.
For eligible cancellation of an entire order, the basic standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law.
If you selected a delivery service costing more than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost above the standard option.
11. Product Use
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, safety information and warnings supplied with them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
12. Intellectual Property
Content owned by Joyfunx, including our branding, original text, graphics and other original website material, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
It must not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable requirements.
